The product must be returned to Jender, at the address Calle Almansa 12, Pol. Ind Carrús, 03206 Elche (Alicante) within 15 days from the issuance of the return confirmation. Boxed products must be returned in their original packaging including all accessories, manuals, documentation and registration certificate that were shipped with the product. If the item is returned unopened and in its original box, you will be offered an exchange or refund using the same payment method you originally chose (or in some cases transfer for difference in amounts), excluding shipping costs, unless the item does not work as it should or does not correspond to what was purchased.

If the customer requests a return or exchange because the item is not the desired one. the customer shall bear the cost of returning the product. In the case of an exchange, the shipping cost of the new shipment will be added. If these cases occur, we will inform you as soon as possible about the return/exchange process.

How can I request a refund?

Within 15 days after receiving your product:
1. Contact ( | Phone 965463436) to request a return and receive a Return Material Authorization email with easy to follow return instructions.
2. If you received a boxed product, send the product unopened and if opened and it is not as expected, put it back in the box and seal it as you received it.
3. The refund* will be processed within 10 days after receipt of the product and confirmation that it is in perfect condition and includes all documentation or accessories that were available in the initial order.
4. In the event that the product does not meet your expectations and you want to return it, it will be the customer who will bear the cost of shipping the package, notifying our sales department for the processing of the return with our shipping agency. Once received we will proceed to the revision and we will contact you to proceed to the possible exchange or refund*.

* Returns: Jender does not accept returns of product in poor condition, after use or incomplete (must include accessories, manuals, documentation and registration certificate that were shipped with such product) and in such case, we will contact you to notify you.


If any item of your purchase suffers a defect in the factory or in transport, please contact ( or phone 965463436) and within 24 or 48 hours to request the return and receive an email authorization to return materials and process a new shipment of the product as soon as possible, unless the product is not in stock and after requesting the factory, we will inform you of the approximate delivery time of the new order. In this case, our transport agency will pick up the defective product and deliver the new one. if you do not want a new shipment, please let us know and we will send you an email with the return instructions.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The delivery time of the orders is 24-72 working hours from the moment the order is placed (only for peninsular shipments; Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are excluded) using in these cases the transport agency that Jender has stipulated. If for any reason the order has to be delayed we will contact you (by phone or email) to inform you as soon as possible and we will give you an approximate delivery date.

Once the order has been placed, it is not permitted to make any changes to the shipping address, unless the customer bears the costs and it is expressly accepted by the parties.

What is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are not included in the price of the items. These will appear in the summary of your purchase. Charges will be calculated depending on the destination and volume and weight of the items.

Can I request shipment of an order outside of Spain?
This option is not available at the moment. But you can contact us at and we will find the best way to get your order to you.

What happens if I am not at the address I indicated when the courier is going to deliver the order?
After a first delivery attempt, the carrier will leave a notice for you to contact him to set a new delivery date. This delivery can be made to the shipping address indicated or to one of the carrier’s offices.
