Return and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from JENDER IBÉRICA 2006 S.L., please contact us by email at info@jender.es. or call 965463436, asking for Sales Department * to request an authorization to return materials within 30 days after receiving the product. The product must be returned to JENDER Ibérica 2006 S.L., at the address Calle Almansa 2 – 2nd floor, Pol. Ind Carrús, 03206 Elche (Alicante) within 15 days from the issue of the return confirmation. Boxed products must be returned in their original packaging including all accessories, manuals, documentation and registration certificate that were sent with the product. If the item is returned unopened and in its original box, you will be offered an exchange or refund using the same payment method you originally chose (or in some cases transfer for difference in amounts), excluding shipping costs, unless the item does not work as it should or does not correspond to what was purchased.

If the customer requests a return or exchange because the item is not the desired one. The customer shall bear the cost of returning the product. In the case of an exchange, the shipping cost of the new shipment will be added. If these cases occur, we will inform you as soon as possible about the return/exchange process.

How can I request a refund?

Within 30 days of receiving your product:

  1. Please contact the Sales Department (info@jender.es | Phone 965463436) to request a return and receive a Return Material Authorization email with easy return instructions.
  2. If you received a product in a box, send the product unopened to JENDER Ibérica 2006 S.L. and if you open it and it is not as expected, put it back in the box and seal it as you received it.
  3. The refund* will be processed within 10 days after JENDER Ibérica receives the product and confirms that it is in perfect condition and includes all the documentation, etc. that was included in the initial order.
  4. In the event that the product does not meet your expectations and you want to return it, it will be the customer who will assume the cost of shipping the package, notifying our sales department for the processing of the return with our shipping agency. Once received we will proceed to the revision and we will contact you to proceed to the possible exchange or refund*.

* Returns: JENDER does not accept returns of product in poor condition, after use or incomplete or with damage to its original packaging (must include accessories, manuals, documentation and registration certificate that were sent with the product, as well as original packaging in perfect condition) and in such case, we will contact you to notify you. Likewise, no returns will be accepted after 15 days from the date of delivery.

Items made to measure or cut to size for the customer, such as hoses (this information is included in the product description) cannot be returned unless we make a mistake or a manufacturing defect.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If any item of your purchase suffers a defect in the factory or in transport, please contact the Sales Department (info@jender.es or phone 965463436) and within 24 or 48 hours to request the return and receive an email authorization to return materials and process a new shipment of the product as soon as possible, unless the product is not in stock and after requesting the factory, we will inform you of the approximate delivery time of the new order. In this case, our transport agency will pick up the defective product and deliver the new one. if you do not want a new shipment, please let us know and we will send you an email with the return instructions.

*DEPT. SCHEDULES OF SALES: MONDAY TO FRIDAY FROM 8:30 AM TO 1:30 PM AND FROM 3:30 PM TO 7:00 PM.

SHIPPING

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The delivery time of the orders is 24-72 working hours from the moment the order is placed (only for peninsular shipments including peninsular Portugal and Balearic Islands; Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are excluded) using in these cases the transport agency that JENDER Ibérica 2006 S.L. has stipulated. If for any reason the order has to be delayed we will contact you (by phone or email) to let you know as soon as possible and we will give you an approximate delivery date.

| Shipping to Balearic Islands

Shipments to the Balearic Islands include both major and minor islands within 48-72 hours and provided that the order or item does not exceed 40 kg in weight or the sum of the three sides do not total more than 2.50 meters or one of them alone does not exceed 1.5 meters. In this case, if the system allows the purchase by mistake and meets some of these three conditions, we will contact you to inform you of the incident and assess the increase in shipping costs. Similarly, if the system does not allow it, you will be provided with the option to request a quote on the same cart, or if not, we advise you to contact our sales department and we will offer you a final quote with shipping. If you read us from a company, we have special prices for you.

| Shipping to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla |

For shipping reasons, our website does not allow direct sales to these regions, but we do offer our customers the option of receiving a personalized quotation, whether you are an individual or a company.

| Shipping to mainland Portugal

The shipping time to Portugal will be stipulated between 24-48 hours from the time the order is placed (excluding the islands) using in these cases the transport agency that JENDER Ibérica 2006 S.L. has stipulated and provided that the order or article does not exceed 40 kg in weight or the sum of the three sides does not total more than 2.50 meters or one of them alone does not exceed 1.5 meters. Once the order has been placed, it is not permitted to make any changes to the shipping address, unless the customer bears the costs and it is expressly accepted by the parties.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are not included in the price of the items. These will appear in the summary of your purchase. Charges will be calculated depending on the destination and volume and weight of the items.

Can I request shipment of an order outside of Spain?

This option is not available at the moment. But you can contact us at info@jender.es and we will find the best way to get your order to you.

What happens if I am not at the address I indicated when the courier is going to deliver the order?

After a first delivery attempt, the carrier will leave a notice for you to contact him and set a new delivery date. This delivery can be made to the shipping address you provided or to one of the carrier’s offices.

What do I do if my order does not arrive?
