Polyurethane Coiled Hoses for Compressed Air
Polyurethane coiled hoses designed to connect pneumatic tools to the compressed air supply. They extend to the required working length and automatically retract when the tool is released, keeping the floor clear and preventing tangles.
Available in 5×8 mm diameter (inner/outer) and lengths of 3, 5, 8, and 12 meters. They are the compact alternative to a hose reel when space is limited or mobility is needed without a fixed installation.
Features of Jender Polyurethane Coiled Hoses
Automatic Retraction
By automatically retracting the hose after each use, tripping hazards are eliminated, reducing the risk of accidents in areas with vehicle or forklift traffic.
Wear Resistance
Polyurethane withstands friction with the floor, machinery edges, and typical conditions in a workshop or industrial facility. It is more resistant to abrasion and crushing than conventional PVC or nylon hoses.
Lightweight and Maneuverable
They weigh less than a straight rubber hose of the same length and do not obstruct the work area. Being coiled, only the necessary length is extended at any given time.
Direct Connection
They connect to the quick-release coupling of the air supply using standard barb or threaded adapters. Compatible with the Jender multi-socket system.
Available Lengths
All coiled hoses are 5×8 mm in diameter. The choice of length depends on the distance between the air supply and the work area:
3 Meters
For fixed workstations where the air supply is directly above or next to it. Ideal for workbenches with blow guns or inflators.
5 Meters
The most versatile length. Covers most workstations in medium-sized workshops.
8 Meters
For large work areas or when the air supply is distant. Suitable for mechanical workshops with separate lifts.
12 Meters
The maximum extension. For large warehouses or situations where reach is needed without installing a second air point.
Coiled Hose vs. Hose Reel
The polyurethane coiled hose is the simplest and most economical solution when a flexible connection to the tool is needed. It requires no fixed installation: it hangs from a hook or connects directly to the quick coupling. It is ideal for workstations with light tools (blow guns, inflators) and spaces where a hose reel would not fit.
An automatic hose reel is preferable when working with higher flow tools (impact wrenches, sanders), more hose length is required, or multiple operators are at the same workstation. It offers a larger passage diameter and more organized retraction.
