JSC Series Screw Compressor Lineup
| Series | Power | Flow rate at 10 bar | Settings | Transmission | Sound Level |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| JSC VTD | 3–15 kW (4–20 CV) | 0.35–2.11 m³/min | 300- or 500-liter tank with built-in dryer | Poly-V Belt | 68–70 dB |
| JSC V | 3–45 kW (4–60 CV) | 0.35–6.43 m³/min | On a frame | Belt-driven | 68–72 dB |
| JSC VD | 18.5–315 kW (25–430 CV) | 2.85–46.42 m³/min | On a frame | Direct | 71–79 dB |
Three configurations depending on your setup
VTD Series, tank-mounted compressor with dryer.
Designed for small and medium-sized businesses, gas stations, repair shops, and paint shops. It features a compressor, a 300- or 500-liter tank, and a refrigeration dryer with a constant dew point of 3 °C, plus a water separator and built-in filters. The dryer has a separate control panel with Digi-Pro monitoring, allowing it to be operated independently of the compressor when necessary.
VD Series, direct-drive variable-speed drive.
Covers 3 to 45 kW with belt drive. This is the ideal option when you already have a boiler and air treatment system in place and only need to replace or add the compression equipment. You can view the complete V Series lineup with its flow rates by pressure.
V Series, frame-mounted variable-speed compressor.
From 18.5 to 315 kW, designed for medium-pressure industries with continuous production that operate at high capacity throughout the workday. The direct drive eliminates the belt and its mechanical losses, with a service life of 8,000 hours and a 50% reduction in service costs. This is the VD direct-drive series.
How to Size Your Screw Compressor
Factors to consider before choosing a compressor:
Required flow rate
Determine the total air consumption of your system by adding up the flow rate at each point of use and adding a margin for future expansion. An oversized compressor goes through short load-unload cycles that accelerate wear and tear; an undersized compressor is always operating at its limit and cannot maintain pressure during peak demand.
Working pressure
Most industrial facilities operate at 10 bar. If your tools or processes require less pressure, a 7.5-bar model will consume less energy to perform the same task. If you need higher pressure for mold blowing or leak testing, the range goes up to 13 bar.
Available Space and Configuration
If floor space is limited or nonexistent, VTD models integrate a compressor, receiver tank, and refrigeration dryer into a single, plug-and-play unit. If you already have a receiver tank and air treatment system, the V and VD series allow for more flexible rack-mounted installation.
Why choose a JENDER screw compressor?
Direct manufacturer with 20 years of experience
We design, manufacture, and sell directly from our plant in Alicante, with no middlemen. This means competitive prices, total quality control, and the ability to manufacture equipment to your specifications when standard models don’t meet your needs. Other power ratings and pressures are also available upon request.
Standard Frequency Converter
While other manufacturers offer it as a paid option, it comes standard on all models in the JSC series. Energy savings, constant system pressure, and smooth startup from day one.
Simple and cost-effective maintenance
Front access to all service components, large, standardized filters to extend service life, and genuine replacement parts always in stock. We offer maintenance kits for all models. If you’d like to know what’s done during each service visit, we’ve detailed the service items for a screw compressor.
Technical support throughout Spain, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
With a dealer network, genuine replacement parts, and scheduled preventive maintenance. The most expensive machine is the one that's not running.
Certified Quality
ISO 9001:2015 certified by Bureau Veritas, CE marking, TÜV Austria, TSE, and EAC.
Screw Compressor or Piston Compressor: Which One Do You Need?
| Criterion | Screw | Piston |
