Installation tools for compressed air systems
Specialised tools for cutting, drilling, deburring and tightening aluminium piping in compressed air systems. Designed to work with the Jender piping system, they enable professional, fast installation with a clean finish at every joint and branch connection.

Tools available for installation
Pipe cutters
For cutting aluminium piping with a clean, square cut, without deformation. Available in two ranges: 6 to 42 mm and 6 to 67 mm. A straight cut is essential for the fitting to seal correctly.
Reamers
After cutting, the inside of the pipe is left with burrs that prevent the fitting from seating properly. The adjustable reamer and conical deburring tool remove these imperfections, preparing the end of the pipe for a leak-tight connection. The reamer is adjustable to suit different diameters.
Drill
For creating branches in the main pipe without dismantling it. The standard drill allows you to make a 1/2″ or 1″ hole in the pipe to insert a branch coupling. The pressure drill performs the same operation with the network in service, without the need to depressurise the circuit—essential for system expansions that cannot be stopped.
Tightening wrenches
Two complementary tools used together to tighten fittings and union couplings onto the pipe. The tightening wrench (blue) turns the fitting nut, and the locking wrench (black) holds the coupling body so it does not rotate during tightening. Available in sizes from 20 to 63 mm. Both are required for safe installation.
Which installations require these tools
These tools are specifically designed for assembling Jender aluminium piping, the system used in compressed air distribution networks for workshops, factories, carpentry shops, clinics and any industrial or professional environment.
If you are installing a new network, expanding an existing one or replacing an old galvanised iron installation, you will need at least a pipe cutter, a reamer and the set of tightening and locking wrenches in the sizes corresponding to your pipe diameter.
