Fully automatic regulation by float mechanism, making this drain a very convenient option as it requires no user intervention either during installation or operation.
This drain does not require connection to a power supply, which facilitates its installation anywhere in the system, making it a more flexible option to implement.
Technical specifications of the JENDER float drain
Working pressure: 0 – 16 bar
Maximum pressure: 20 bar
Working temperature: -10ºC – +80ºC
Material: Aluminium
Operating principle: Float regulation
Inlet connection: 1/2″ (BSP or NPT)
Sealing material: NBR
Structure: Diaphragm
USE
Removal of condensate from compressed air in cyclone separators, filters, etc…
It is used when large amounts of condensate are generated and its operation is mechanical; when the condensate level exceeds the discharge level the float rises and opens the drain outlet, once empty of condensate it closes without generating unnecessary leaks.
