Compressed air systems generate thousands of litres of oily, contaminated condensate every year. Environmental regulations strictly prohibit disposing of this condensate without proper treatment to remove the oil.
Condensate must not be discharged into the sewer system unless the oil content has first been reduced to within the legal disposal limits. JEP oil/water separators are a reliable, effective, efficient and, above all, environmentally friendly solution.
Water-oil separators collect the condensate generated by the various generation and treatment components that make up the compressed air network: compressor, receiver tank, line filters and refrigerated dryer.
