JENDER Screw Compressors: Maximum Efficiency

The backbone of industry.

Jender screw compressors stand out for their reliability, efficiency, and ease of maintenance, their frequency regulation, belt drive, or direct coupling.
The line of tank-mounted screw compressors has been designed to meet the compressed air demands of small and medium-sized businesses, such as automotive service stations, repair and paint shops, and various industrial areas.

How to Choose the Right Screw Compressor

Factors to consider before choosing a compressor:

Power and Flow Rate

Determine the total air consumption of your system by adding up the flow rate at each point of use. The JSC series offers capacities ranging from 4 CV / 3 kW to 430 CV / 315 kW, so there is a model sized for every level of demand.

Required pressure

Our screw compressors are available in three working pressures: 7.5 bar for applications that do not require high pressure, 10 bar as the most common industry standard, and 13 bar for processes that require greater pneumatic power.

Available Space and Configuration

If floor space is limited, the VTD models integrate a compressor, a 300- or 500-liter air receiver, and a refrigeration dryer into a single compact unit. If you already have a receiver tank and air treatment system, the V and VD models (without a receiver tank) allow for more flexible installation.

JSC Series Screw Compressor Lineup

We offer a wide range of screw compressors so you can choose the model that best suits your needs.

Why choose a JENDER screw compressor?

Direct manufacturer with 20 years of experience

We design, manufacture, and sell our products from our plant in Alicante. We work directly with customers, which means competitive prices and total quality control.

Standard Frequency Converter

While other manufacturers offer it as a paid option, at JENDER the variable-frequency drive is included with all models in the JSC series. Real energy savings from day one.

Simple and cost-effective maintenance

Front access to all service components, standardized filters, and genuine replacement parts always in stock. Designed to allow preventive maintenance to be performed in the shortest possible time.

Technical Service and Parts Network

We have a network of distributors and technical service centers throughout Spain that guarantees prompt assistance, genuine replacement parts, and scheduled preventive maintenance.

Screw Compressor vs. Piston Compressor: Which One Do I Need?

A screw compressor is the best choice when your facility requires a constant air supply during long shifts, such as on production lines, in automation systems, or at multiple simultaneous points of use. Its continuous operation, lower noise level, and longer maintenance intervals make it ideal for industrial environments.
A piston compressor is best suited for intermittent use, with peaks in demand followed by periods of inactivity, such as in maintenance shops, painting jobs, or for inflating tires. It has a lower purchase price and is easier to maintain for applications with fewer daily operating hours.
If you’re not sure which type you need, our technical team can analyze your usage patterns and recommend the most efficient solution.

Frequently asked questions about screw compressors

How many hours a day can a screw compressor run?
JENDER screw compressors are designed to operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Their oil-injection cooling system and highly durable components allow for continuous use without overheating or premature wear.
Basic maintenance consists of changing the oil, oil filter, air filter, and separator filter according to the intervals specified in each model’s manual. Because all service components are accessible from the front, these tasks can be performed quickly and without the need for special tools.
Belt drive is the most common option for low- and medium-power applications (up to 45 kW). Direct coupling eliminates the belt and connects the motor directly to the rotor, reducing mechanical losses and improving efficiency at medium and high power levels (starting at 18 kW). JENDER’s VD models use this drive system.
The variable-frequency drive adjusts the speed of the electric motor based on actual compressed air demand. When demand drops, the motor reduces its speed rather than running at no load or in load/unload cycles, resulting in energy savings that can exceed 30% compared to a fixed-speed compressor.
It depends on the application. Compressed air contains moisture that, as it cools in the distribution network, condenses and can damage tools and actuators or contaminate the final product. For most industrial applications, a refrigeration dryer is necessary. JENDER’s VTD models come with one built in as standard.
Most industrial applications operate at 10 bar. If your tools or processes require lower pressure, a 7.5-bar model will consume less energy. If you need higher pressure for specific processes such as mold blowing or leak testing, we offer 13-bar models.
Yes. In addition to compressors, we supply and install aluminum piping systems, refrigeration dryers, filters, condensate drains, separators, air receivers, and all the necessary accessories for a complete compressed air system.
